SPRING PREVIEW: Running backs

YOU ALREADY KNOW that Oregon State has one of the best backs in the nation in Jacquizz Rodgers. But as is usually the case when a team has a star in the backfield, it is the depth at running back that has Beaver fans concerned. Developing that depth will be one of the focuses when spring ball kicks off in less than two weeks in Corvallis.

Ten preferred walkons from OR, CA, WA, CN, HI

TEN PREFERRED FRESHMAN WALK-ONS are completing their third week in Oregon State's bridge program -- Next up, the 10 will join the Beavers for fall camp beginning this Sunday. Four of the 10 are from Oregon, two from Washington, two from California and one each from Canada and Hawaii. One is is the son of a former Oregon State center and another's dad played in Winnipeg for OSU head man Mike Riley.
