Coleman promoted to Kansas City

The Kansas City Royals on Thursday promoted Omaha reliever Louis Coleman to the Major Leagues. The 25-year-old right-hander has been sensational in the Triple-A Storm Chasers bullpen this season, recording 16 strikeouts in just 7.0 innings pitched. Coleman will take the 25-man roster spot of Kanekoa Texeira, who was optioned to Triple-A.

RC Organizational Report: July 7
