South Carolina redshirt freshman offensive lineman Tramell Williams has decided to transfer to Alabama State. The 6-foot, 299-pound center had offers from Kentucky, Ole Miss, Stanford, UCLA, Cal, Illinois, Indiana, Southern Miss and Vanderbilt out of high school.
