Holloway ready to start college

After signing his letter of intent last February, Christian Holloway couldn't enroll at SMU in the fall because of a missed paperwork deadline over the summer. But everything has been signed, sealed and delivered and as of today, the first day of spring classes, the defensive end is walking around the Hilltop as a full-time Mustang.

Kache Palacio hopes to make immediate impact

The outside linebacker from Gardena, Calif. can't wait to get down to SMU. Making an early commitment has taken a load off of Kache Palacio's senior season, where he's made over 40 tackles and has had seven sacks. He hopes to try and earn a starting spot his freshman year.

One More For Preston

The pigskin will be flying around the Home Depot Center in Carson, California, this weekend when the undefeated Serra Cavaliers and SMU commit Conner Preston hook up with 13-1 Folsom in the CIF State Division II Bowl Game. It's the final game in Preston's illustrious career, and the senior quarterback hopes to finish off the year with a 30th consecutive victory.
