WSU's Mason spent months prepping for Pro Day

PULLMAN -- Vince Mayle will have something to prove Thursday when scouts come to Pullman for NFL Pro Day. His 40 times at the NFL Combine were disappointing and a broken thumb kept him from catching. But when it comes to the most to gain from Thursday's workouts, no outgoing Cougar will have more on the line than running back Marcus Mason.
