THE COUGS' FIRST OFFICIAL visit weekend, it just keeps getting better and better. Washington State hosted eight prospects when the season opened earlier this month, and No. 6 from that official trip weekend to the Palouse has now gone crimson. The 14th known verbal in the Cougs' 2010 class brings with him speed and athleticism, with a sub-4.5 time in the 40 and some big hops.

WASHINGTON STATE HISTORICALLY has one of the best official visit to commit ratios in the Pac-10 and Paul Wulff since he's been in Pullman has continued the trend. The Cougs got two immediate verbal commitments this past weekend from prep trippers while the remainder spoke excitedly about the sense of family at WSU while giving the crimson and gray experience two enthusiastic thumbs up.

ALL THREE ARE from the same high school and headed to Washington State this weekend on official visits. One is a defensive back rated four stars and the No. 22 safety prospect in the nation. Another is a receiver with athleticism coming out of his socks. The third is a corner who plays bigger than his size. And the Cougs have been recruiting all three since they were sophomores.
