Epps suspended indefinitely

SENIOR WIDE RECEIVER DEZMON EPPS has been suspended indefinitely by the University of Idaho football program. Epps is currently ranked No.14 in the nation with 757 receiving yards through the first seven games of the season, and had contributed the last couple weeks defensively as a corner and nickel back.

Vandals win pulling away

WITH SATURDAY'S HOMECOMING VICTORY, the Vandals put together one of their most complete games of the season. They scored late in the 2nd quarter to take a 3-point lead into the half. After intermission the Vandal D gave up just three points, while DEON WATSON scored two touchdowns of 20+ yards and the Vandal offense took a knee at the ULM 2-yard line as time expired for the 27-13 victory.

Vandals take on ULM in Homecoming tilt

THE VANDALS DISPATCHED TWO BIRDS with one stone last week when they knocked off Troy in Alabama. First, the biggest of them all, they registered their first road win since 2011. Second, they got their first FBS victory of the 2015 season. Saturday Idaho welcomes the University of Louisiana - Monroe to the Dome for a Homecoming matchup as Idaho looks for its first back-to-back wins since 2009.

IDAHO SENIOR WIDE RECEIVER DEZMON EPPS, making headlines on and off the field this fall, is proving to be one of the most productive receivers in the nation through the first four games. After putting up 165 receiving yards Saturday against Georgia Southern, Epps moved into the top ranking in the NCAA for receiving yards per game, accounting for an impressive 154.7 clip per outing.

Eagles pull away late, beat UI 44-20

THE VANDALS CAME OUT SWINGING Saturday night against Georgia Southern (3-1, 1-0 SBC) in the conference opener for both programs, and were down just 16-13 at the half to the defending Sun Belt champs. The second half was a different matter though as the Eagles scored two touchdowns in the third and fourth quarters to beat Idaho (1-3, 0-1 SBC) by a final 44-20 margin.
