The second half of the College Basketball News' top twenty remained the same as all ten teams were perfect last week. Playoffs have begun in several states with the remaining states to follow suit this week, which means more shuffling could happen by next week's poll.

Elizabeth (NJ) St. Patrick's held on to defeat New York (NY) Rice 62-60 at the Prime Time Shootout at Trenton's Sovereign Bank Arena. The Celtics had a ten-point lead with 1:49 left when when Villanova recruit Mike Nardi fouled out. St. Patrick's (17-4), ranked #1 in The Star-Ledger defeated Rice (15-6) for the second straight time this season. They defeated the Raiders at the Academy National Invitational after losing to Rice in the City of Palms Classic finals.

The College Basketball News' top ten high school poll saw plenty of changes two teams moved back into the top 20. The following is a look at the teams ranked 11-20. Bakersfield (CA) Garces Memorial and Memphis (TN) White Station moved into the top twenty.

The College Basketball News' top ten saw some movement as four new teams moved in as New York (NY) Rice lost twice, Chicago (IL) Whitney Young and Bakersfield (CA) Garces Memorial fell from the ranks of the unbeaten and Seattle (WA) Rainier Beach lost a game inside the state for the first time in two years. New top ten teams Westchester and Fairfaix face off Tuesdau for perhaps the top contest of the week.
