Kojo and Shawn Suing Duquesne

Media reports Monday afternoon announced that Shawn James and Kojo Mensah, transfer juniors who left Duquesne early to pursue pro careers, are suing the University in connection with on-campus shootings on September 2006 when they, Sam Ashaolu, Stuard Baldonado and Aaron Jackson, were injured after a campus dance. Shawn James Won't Return to the Bluff

InsideHoops.com editor Jeff Lenchiner reported Thursday that Shawn James, who set blocked shot records in his one season at Duquesne and who earlier declared for the 2008 NBA draft, has hired an agent, thereby closing the door on his college basketball career.

Duquesne's 105-76 Win Sweeps Sunday Games

The downside for the Dukes, 3-point shooting. But a lot of positives, Duquesne (3-0) got their second win of the day, a 105-76 victory over Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario. Duquesne returns to the same court for their final game of this trek, Monday noon against the University of Waterloo.
