Lawrence McKenzie to play in Balkan League

Lawrence McKenzie, a 6-foot-2 guard who was a third-team Big 10 All-Conference performer this past year, has signed a one-year deal to play in the Balkan League with the FYR Macedonian Superleague Champions, BC Feni Industries for the 2008-09 season.

Minnesota seniors Lawrence McKenzie, Spencer Tollackson and Dan Coleman failed to get invited to the Portsmouth Invitational, a pre-draft event for many of the country's top 64 seniors. Minnesota Gopher Basketball Roster
