Mike Woodard, a 5-11 point guard from Los Angeles (CA) Southwest CC, has attracted the attention of several high caliber schools. Woodard played at Youngstown State as a freshman, where he averaged 3.4 points and 2.3 assists per game, while playing 19.3 minutes per contest. He shot 42.5% from the field, 20% from three-point range and 56.3% from the charity stripe. Woodard played in the JC Challenge in Indianapolis, where he caught the eye of several high major Division I coaches.
