Paul Rhoads promised Grant Rohach the first snaps this spring in Iowa State's QB battle. He came through. Rohach's confidence has been on the rise since.
"Well, shoot, so many months have gone by, coaching changes have gone by, you don't really know," Rohach said.

"The atmosphere is a lot different. When we walked out there for practice, all the coaches that had recruited me and been there my first two years are gone."
Saturday at West Virginia, Rohach will try to prove his outing was no fluke. If he can put together another good day, minimal mistakes and a completion percentage above 60 percent, he'll wrap up a nice close to his redshirt freshman year
