Elizabeth (NJ) St. Patrick's moved back into the College Basketball News' top twenty with two wins in the Prime Time Shootout. However, the Trenton event was not as kind to other teams as Lanier (MS) High and Jersey City (NJ) St. Anthony's fell out along with Chicago (IL) Whitney Young. Baton Rouge (LA) Woodlawn and Fort Worth (TX) Dunbar moved in. Look for plenty of changes as conference play heats up and some states start postseason play.

Previous College Basketball News' top ten teams Orlando (FL) Edgewater and Arlington (VA) Bishop O'Connell slipped after losing last week, but perennial powers Mouth of Wilson (VA) Oak Hill Academy and Elizabeth (NJ) St. Patrick's moved up. There were no other changes in the top 20 as they were the only teams to lose last week.
