Redskins cut Neil Rackers

The Washington Redskins cut former Houston Texans kicker Neil Rackers, sticking with Graham Gano. The Redskins also reached an injury settlement with cornerback Morgan Trent. Now, Rackers and former Ravens Pro Bowl kicker Billy Cundiff, who was cut Sunday, are the top two available free agent kickers.
