One of the lingering questions this fall for the University of Michigan football team was whether standout defensive end Eugene Germany would be eligible to play this year, or would he need to wait a year. Last week the NCAA granted his transfer waiver request, clearing him to play. GoBlueWolverine.com spoke with Germany who, needless to say, is ecstatic about the news.

Defensive lineman <b>Eugene Germany</b> has made his decision, he will finally get to live his dream and be a Michigan Wolverine. GoBlueWolverine Magazine just got off the phone with the Pomona standout, and he said he just sent in his National Letter of Intent to Michigan. <br>
This time last year Eugene Germany was considered a lock for the Michigan Wolverines, only to decide with USC on Signing Day. This year, the ultra talented LB from Pomona, CA has it down to Kansas State and Michigan and his coach says it will be a Signing Day decision- but much like last year, Germany could stand the recruiting world on its ear.
