All four full-season squads were in action Thursday and offensive firepower was prevalent throughout the system. The Chihuahuas scored five runs early but couldn’t hold the lead late against Tacoma. The Missions busted out with nine runs to halt a four-game losing streak. The Storm won to split a series in San Bernardino and the TinCaps won in extra innings.

MadFriars Daily Farm Report: April 13

All four teams were in action Monday night, with El Paso playing a doubleheader in the cold and rainy Pacific Northwest. El Paso split a pair against the Mariners’ top affiliate (not sure if they count towards the Vedder Cup standings) while San Antonio won their home opener in a 14-inning marathon. The Storm dropped their first road game of the year while Fort Wayne could not muster any offense, losing in Bowling Green.
