No. 15 Miami Cruises Past UCF

ORLANDO - Ben Roethlisberger started the game 14-for-14 passing for 215 yards and three touchdowns to guide #15 Miami to a 56-21 victory over UCF at the Florida Citrus Bowl. With the win, the RedHawks extended their winning streak to 11 games (11-1) and ended the year a perfect 8-0 in the MAC while UCF fell to 3-9 and 2-6 in the MAC.

Miami (OH) vs. UCF Game Notes

Seven seniors will play their final game for UCF as the Golden Knights host No. 15 Miami (Ohio) Friday, November 28. The 1 p.m. kickoff will conclude the 2003 season for UCF while Miami will play for the MAC Championship December 4.

Marshall Downs UCF

ORLANDO - Marshall spoiled UCF's first-ever appearance on national television at home with a 21-7 victory over the Golden Knights at the Florida Citrus Bowl. Marshall improved to 7-4 overall, 5-2 in the MAC, while UCF fell to 3-8, 2-5 in the MAC.

UCF Host Marshall On ESPN2

Marshall Thundering Herd coming to Orlando with an overall record of 6-4 including a 4-2 MAC record, and UCF, losing two games in a row, is 3-7 overall.  For the first time since joining the MAC in 1997 Marshall will not play in the Mid-American Conference football championship game.

Eastern Michigan Past UCF 19-13

YPSILANTI, Mich. -Eastern Michigan tailback Anthony Sherrell rushed for 155 yards on 43 carries to lead the Eagles to a 19-13 victory over UCF Saturday afternoon at Rynearson Stadium in Ypsilanti, Mich. The win was the first this season for Eastern Michigan in the MAC (2-8, 1-5 MAC) while UCF dropped to 3-7 and 2-4 in the MAC.
