Canton Kaumatule Done

Although he was one of the most anticipated high school players ever to sign a National Letter of Intent for Oregon, Canton Kaumatule has medically retired, as annonced by head coach Mark Helfrich on Tuesday. Kaumatule, a sophomore was never able to shake the injury bug and while still a student at Oregon, will no longer be part of the football program.

Helfrich Talks About Support from AD and Team

The Oregon Ducks have this Saturday off and that means the most of the Oregon coaches are on the road recruiting. Head Coach Mark Helfrich however was in town and spoke to reporters following a light workout in the Moshofsky Center, about the support he has from AD Rob Mullens and the team. The Ducks are in the midst of a four-game losing streak and will play California a week from tomorrow (Friday, Oct.21).
