College Basketball News' 11-20 Prep teams

Elizabeth (NJ) St. Patrick's moved back into the College Basketball News' top twenty with two wins in the Prime Time Shootout. Baton Rouge (LA) Woodlawn and Fort Worth (TX) Dunbar moved in. Look for plenty of changes as conference play heats up and some states start postseason play.
