The second half of the College Basketball News' top twenty remained the same as all ten teams were perfect last week. Playoffs have begun in several states with the remaining states to follow suit this week, which means more shuffling could happen by next week's poll.

The College Basketball News' top seven teams remained the same as many teams started postseason play. Mouth of Wilson (VA) Oak Hill Academy fell out of the top ten with a loss in their regular season finale. Los Angeles (CA) Fairfax moved back into the top ten and the Lions have the College Basketball News' Game of the Week when they face Los Angeles (CA) Westchester for the third time this season.

Elizabeth (NJ) St. Patrick's moved back into the College Basketball News' top twenty with two wins in the Prime Time Shootout. However, the Trenton event was not as kind to other teams as Lanier (MS) High and Jersey City (NJ) St. Anthony's fell out along with Chicago (IL) Whitney Young. Baton Rouge (LA) Woodlawn and Fort Worth (TX) Dunbar moved in. Look for plenty of changes as conference play heats up and some states start postseason play.
