K.J. Chamberlain’s football career at Emerald High School has ended, but Chamberlain still has one high school game left to play. The Appalachian State commit will line up at his familiar safety spot for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. The Greenwood, SC ball hawk has etched his name into South Carolina high school football history in more ways than just being chosen for this prestigious event.

K.J. CHAMBERLAIN IS APP STATE’S 15th COMMIT

K.J. Chamberlain terrorized opposing quarterbacks during his junior year, claiming 14 interceptions on the season. Not surprisingly, that kind of performance led Chamberlain to a busy summer where he also collected 15 scholarship offers. After touring his top candidates and sorting through all of his options, Chamberlain announced tonight that he is committing to Appalachian State.
