Oregon Co-Offensive Coordinator Marcus Arroyo opened up today about what drew him to Oregon and joining the Oregon staff under Head Coach Willie Taggart. Arroyo is originally from California, growing up Colfax, halfway between Sacramento and Reno, Nev. He played college football at San Jose State and later went on to various coaching stops including SJSU, Wyoming, Cal, Southern Miss and finally Tampa Bay in the NFL.
The Oregon Ducks finished the third practice session of the spring workouts and today marked the first time this spring in which the Ducks wore pads and had limited contact. The day was about competition through various drills.
It's NLOI (National Letter of Intent) day, 2017. Oregon already started announcing confirmed student-athletes at starting at 4 a.m. Pacific. Three student-athletes have already enrolled and the rest are on their way!
