Minnesota defeated Nebraska 88-73 led by 25 points from Nate Mason, another double double from Jordan Murphy (20 points and 11 rebounds), and 16 from Dupree McBrayer. Darin Haugh also came off the bench to get a great applause while Akeem Springs played but was limited with a bad back.

Wisconsin beat Minnesota 78-76 in overtime in an excellent game. Minnesota was dominated in the middle once again as Badger big Ethan Happ had 28 points and 12 rebounds while Bronson Koenig hit some clutch treys late. Minnesota falls to 3-4 in Big Ten play.
