Breaking Down the Roster

Sure the Giants, with an 8-8 record and another playoff loss, clearly did more than enough to warrant an extension for coach Tom Coughlin. Yeah, sure they did. However, everyone knows that Coughlin's roster, which was often decimated by injuries, was one of the main reasons that Big Blue struggled mightily this season.

Carroll Ready for FSU

With the season less than one week away, preparations for FSU have already started. Thomas Carroll, a 5th-year senior from Lakewood, N.J., is preparing for what could be his final game against FSU. Last season Carroll led the team in tackles for a loss with 16, tied for the team lead in sacks with 6.5 and amassed 60 tackles.

Knowing The Game

Kelly Jennings and Thomas Carroll have been roommates since they arrived on campus in 2001. They have 47 starts between them as they enter their final season as Hurricanes and often talk about who knows the defense better. Their football knowledge is superb and you might be surprised who knows the game better.
