The 2005-06 season came to an end on Sunday and already Wildcat fans are looking ahead to next season. The thought around Tucson is that the Wildcats could be very good and of a few things develop the right way, those thoughts could be accurate. The Wildcats will have to replace some key players, but will it be that tough?
Arizona says goodbye to three seniors this weekend. All three had very different Wildcat careers. The player who may have had the roughest season was Isaiah Fox. Now in his fifth season, his career did not go as quite as planned.
The Cats take the court for the first time against someone other than themselves. Small school Sonoma State comes to town for an exhibition game. Lute Olson met with the media to discuss the game and the overall status of the team.

The Wildcats are just a few days away from the Red/Blue scrimmage and the start of the game portion of the basketball season. The Cats have been working their tails off in practice and head coach Lute Olson gave an update of what has been going on.

It is do or die time for Isaiah Fox. Fox heads into his senior year with a load of uncertainty. He was a little used reserve by the end of last season and now has one more year to get it done. Fox spoke with the Tucson media last week and here are some of his comments.

Although Arizona lost just one inside player from last year's team, the two post spots are among the biggest questions regarding the 2005-06 Wildcat team. The Cats may return five players, but only one seems to be a proven commodity.

Between the Summer Pro League and basketball recruiting, there is a lot going on around the Wildcat hoops squad. What is usually a quiet time for hoops in Tucson, is actually quite hectic.
