After suffering through injuries which severely hurt the depth last season it appears as if the tight end spot will be a relative strength for the Trojans next fall with healthy players returning and a bumper crop of talented recruits ready to contribute if needed. Here's a look at how the tight end position will look for the upcoming spring ball period.

Spring Ball review

The Trojans picked up right where things left off at the Orange Bowl by coming out prepared for spring ball drills and going through 15 practices at a high intensity level. Pete Carroll praised the competitive nature of the team and the focus they showed each day. The defense proved that it has a chance to be one of the best in the country and the offense showed signs of being as far along as we've seen from them in recent spring drills. Things Fall Apart

Repeating what seems to be their habit of late, the No. 19 University of Oregon Ducks played another shaky ballgame which was their demise today against the USC Trojans, losing 91-76.
