Back in 2002, Wide Receiver De'Cody Fagg signed with Florida State before learning he did not have a qualifying test score. He spent a year at Hargrave Military Academy before he got the 18 he needed to play Division 1 football. 5 years later, Fagg is entering his final game at Doak Campbell and looks back at this season and his career at FSU.

It shouldn't come as a surprise but Florida State's receivers will need a big game in Saturday's home showdown against rival Florida. Last year, of course, the Seminoles emerged victorious when quarterback <b>Chris Rix</b> connnected with <b>P.K. Sam</b> for a 52-yard touchdown with 55 seconds remaining. The Gators' defense enters on a high note following last Saturday's home victory over South Carolina.

Coach Bobby Bowden announced Wednesday that freshmen receiver De'Cody Fagg is currently listed at the starter at split end this Saturday. Offensive Coordinator Jeff Bowden said that Fagg, who is healthy, will be as effective if not more than injured receivers Chauncey Stovall and Willie Reid. It's the fifth offensive starting line-up change since this past weekend.

<b>De'Cody Fagg</b> grew up in the shadows of Florida State in nearby Quincy. His dream was to play for the Seminoles one day, and that dream has come true. Now, Fagg may get the opportunity to make a serious contribution in FSU's important road game at Maryland on Saturday. Injuries have depleted the Seminoles' receiving unit, and the coaching staff is looking for another breakout player. Fagg, who enrolled in FSU last spring, is looking forward to his chance to help out.
