In a game that Nebraska fans looked to find anything to bring their confidence back at least to a degree, Nebraska responded with a barrage of yards against Division 1-AA McNeese State. One of the biggest questions would be how would Jammal Lord respond from last week's disaster and how would freshman, David Horne react to starting his very first game for the Big Red, at home. Some questions were answered today as Nebraska beat McNeese State, but some questions still remain.

This weekend, Nebraska will try to rebound from two straight losses that watched them go from a top ten team to a team not ranked in the top 25 for the first time in 21 years. When things go that bad, that fast, changes have to be made and in some cases, they were wholesale. One change will be David Horne who will forego his redshirt year and suit up for what will be his Nebraska Cornhusker debut.
