STILLWATER - Oklahoma State junior guard JamesOn Curry said Friday that he has decided to enter his name for the 2007 NBA Draft, but will not sign with an agent and could return to OSU for his senior season if he withdraws his name by June 18.
JamesOn Curry, the sophomore-to-be who is expected to be the Cowboys' leader on the basketball court this season, had exploratory surgery on his left knee Monday afternoon, OSU officials announced on Wednesday.

North Carolina record setting scorer JamesOn Curry made it official on Wednesday night and signed an NCAA Letter of Intent with Oklahoma State. The letter was signed and faxed to the Oklahoma State basketball office around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Curry, who averaged 40.3 points per game this past season at Eastern Alamance High School, had his season end abruptly in February when he was convicted of two felony counts of selling marijuana to an undercover police officer at his school.
JamesOn Curry, the all-time scoring leader in the state of North Carolina, has a new home. After being released from his scholarship by North Carolina, Curry is headed to the Big 12.
North Carolina signee JamesOn Curry received a suspended sentence and probation on Monday in Alamance County Superior Court, after pleading guilty to two felony counts of marijuana possession with intent to sell.
