The pride of Aggie Basketball

Thanks to Dominique Kirk and Joseph Jones, the Aggie basketball program has reached new heights, going to its third consecutive NCAA Tournament this year. A&M beats Penn; advances in NCAA tourney

No. 3 South seed Texas A&M defeated No. 11 Pennsylvania, 68-52 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday in Lexington, Kentucky. The Aggies (26-6) advanced to play Louisville, who beat Stanford, on Saturday at Rupp Arena.

Aggies Rock Jayhawks

Someone forgot to tell the Texas A&M Aggies that coming into Saturday night's game, the Big 12 South was a collective 0-31 in Lawrence, KS. A huge bucket by Acie Law nullified that statistic, as Billy Gillispie's team notched their first-ever Big 12 win against Kansas, beating the Jayhawks 69-66 at Allen Fieldhouse on upset Saturday.
