The College Basketball News' top seven teams remained the same as many teams started postseason play. Mouth of Wilson (VA) Oak Hill Academy fell out of the top ten with a loss in their regular season finale. Los Angeles (CA) Fairfax moved back into the top ten and the Lions have the College Basketball News' Game of the Week when they face Los Angeles (CA) Westchester for the third time this season.

The College Basketball News' top eight teams remained the same as many teams had light schedules as they prepare for the playoffs or had games affected by the snowsotrms in the East. Minneapolis North fell out of the top ten, while Memphis (TN) White Station moved up.

The College Basketball News' top ten saw movement again as four new teams moved in. Mouth of Wilson (VA) Oak Hill Academy, Elizabeth (NJ) St. Patrick's, Los Angeles (CA) Westchester and Springfield (MO) Kickapoo dropped out. Oak Hill, which had finished 126-3 the last four years with two undefeated seasons in the mix, lost for the third time this season and second time this week. St. Patrick's also fell for the third time, losing their first in-state contest this year.

The College Basketball News' top ten high school poll saw plenty of changes as did the teams trying to break into that high status. The following is a look at the teams ranked 11-20. Jackson (MS) Lanier, Bronx (NY) St. Raymond, Jersey City (NJ) St. Anthony and Middle Village (NY) Christ the King all moved into the top twenty.
