Richard Hendrix, who was a junior forward on the Alabama basketball team last season, was selected by the Golden State Warriors in the second round of the NBA Draft late Thursday night. He was the 49th pick overall in the draft. Hendrix gave up his final season of eligibility at Bama to enter the draft.

And it's feats like that that earned the attention of the SEC's head coaches. The 6-foot-9, 250 pound junior power forward from Athens has been voted to the SEC Coaches All-SEC first team.
