Prince could 'thrive' at UT

The University of Tennessee basketball team returns every 2006-07 starter next winter except for Dane Bradshaw. As fate would have it, the former Memphis White Station standout may be replaced by another White Station grad.

J.P. Prince enrolls at UT

Head basketball coach Bruce Pearl announced Tuesday that J.P. Prince has enrolled at the University of Tennessee and will join the Vols' basketball team. A 6-foot-6 guard from Memphis, Prince will be eligible to play as a sophomore beginning in January 2008. He is allowed to practice with the team immediately.

There are few teams in the nation that have as much depth and talent at point guard than the Wildcats. Few teams carry two players that came in with the pedigree that Mustafa Shakur and J.P.
