Walker Named Big 12 Rookie of the Week

Freshman guard Marcus Walker became the first Husker this season to earn a league honor as he was named the Big 12 Rookie of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. A native of Kansas City, Walker led Nebraska to a pair of wins last week by averaging a team-best 16.5 points and 5.5 assists per game.

eBoss Road Show: District Playoff Action

It's officially playoff time on the Missouri side of the Kansas City metro area and the Kansas side will kick off sub-state action next week. That means the Road Show will be all over the place for the next few weeks and last night's destination was North Kansas City High School for a couple of good games and four teams the Road Show had yet to see this winter.
