A couple of interesting developments have the winds of change blowing in the Detroit Lions draft room. The Lions found out yesterday evening that they had received the rights to offensive tackle <b>Kyle Kosier</b>, a three-year veteran from Arizona State, from the San Francisco 49ers when they declined to match Detroit's one-year, $980,000 offer sheet.
