Most of the members of Louisville's 33-4 Final Four team didn't enjoy priviledged upbringings. In fact, most of them learned their life lessons at the school of hard knocks. Those experiences have likely contributed to this team's defining characteristic - their toughness.

Myles Cards unsung hero in Memphis

Taquan Dean was the Most Valuable Player for Louisville at the Conference USA Tournament this weekend. Fellow teammate Francisco Garcia was also honored on the All-Tournament team. And though his name was omitted from the All-Tourney list in Memphis, 6-7 <b>Ellis Myles</b> was without question Louisville's unsung hero during Louisville's march to the C-USA title.

C-USA: Cards advance with 85-61 win over TCU

Despite a slow start offensively in the quarterfinals of the 2005 Kelly Tires C-USA Tournament in Memphis, TN, No.1-seeded Louisville (27-4) returned to form soon enough to cruise to an 85-61 win over No.8-seeded TCU.

ITV Video: Seniors, Garcia Give Thanks

Following the Cardinals 94-82 win over visiting Charlotte, seniors Otis George, Larry O'Bannon and Ellis Myles, as well as junior Francisco Garcia, addressed the 20,068 on hand at Freedom Hall. ITV returned with video for those that were unable to see it or would like to experience the moment again.
