Though the Seahawks defeated the St. Louis Rams 33-6 and head into their bye week leading the NFC West, there's still a good bit of concern about the team's anemic running game. Coach Mike Holmgren hopes that's the case as Seattle heads to Arizona for a game against the 3-9 Cardinals. "If we didn't learn anything from the San Francisco game, we'll never learn anything," Holmgren said.

They also need a strong game from RB Tiki Barber to help thwart the Seahawks' aggressive pass rush, which will include blitzes from any of the three linebacker positions.
