For West Tenn's Bobby Brownlie, it should have come as no surprise. After all, it has been a season filled with unexpected surprises and U-turn's on most every corner. Another was added to his plate on Wednesday night.
With one year at Triple-A already under his belt, right-hander Bobby Brownlie embarked on the 2006 season with the hope of whittling a second stint with the Iowa Cubs down to a limited stay.
For the first time in his professional career, right-hander Bobby Brownlie has been demoted. Brownlie was sent to Double-A West Tenn Friday following a rough start to 2006 at Triple-A Iowa, where he was 0-3 with a 10.80 ERA in eight appearances.
