Fall Camp: Day Nine

PULLMAN -- Tuesday out on the Palouse proved a newsworthy day for Cougar football with a reserve hanging up his cleats, interesting comments by TEs coach Greg Peterson, an explosive offense once again coming to life, and some new and familiar faces taking the turf. Plus, Lance Broadus and Mike Graise stepped up, and the hard hitting Washington State defense once again laid out some big sticks.

Baird stays in Pac-10

Bryan Baird is a 6-2, 200 pound athlete from Vancouver (Wash.) Columbia River, and Thursday evening he took the first step in fulfilling a life-long dream by making a verbal commitment to play for the Washington State Cougars. They offered him a scholarship earlier that day and it didn't take long for him to pounce on it.

Nike camp report - Bryan Baird

Bryan Baird is a 6-2.5, 201-pound safety/linebacker prospect from Vancouver (Wash.) Columbia River, and it's been some time since Bryan worked out learning linebacker techniques but that's exactly what he did at the Oregon Nike camp.
