Ryan Amoroso leads Burnsville to title game

Ryan Amoroso of Burnsville (MN) High continued his dominance of Lake Conference rival Lakeville. He finished with 27 points and 17 rebounds in the Blaze's 62-46 win over the Panthers. The Marquette signee had 45 points and 20 rebounds in a regular-season meeting between the two teams.

Burnsville rallies to defeat Tartan 56-52

Burnsville rallied from a five-point deficit with 3:42 left in the fourth quarter to defeat Tartan 56-52 in the quarterfinals of the Minnesota boy's state high school basketball tournament at the Target Center.

College Basketball News' All-Minnesota Teams named

Minnesota had two talented big men who signed with Midwest schools. The two, Spencer Tollackson of Chaska and Ryan Amoroso, both played in the Lake Conference and their two teams split their games this season with each team winning at home. The two lead their teams to the Class 4A state tournament, which begins Wednesday at the Target Center. They highlight the College Basketball News' All-Minnesota Team. Tollackson was CBN 's choice Minnesota Player of the Year by a slight margin over Amoroso.
