In this updated list of the top 35 recruits in Pennsylvania for the 2004 class, I've factored in what I observed at the 2003 Penn State Nike Camp. Outstanding performances at the camp by James Bryant, Anthony Morelli, Andrew Johnson, and Chad Henne have moved them up to the top 4 on my list, with Bryant and Morelli tied for the top spot.
