Paying Their Dues

At this time last year Jimmy Miller and Michael Stuart were getting ready to play in one of the biggest games of their lives. Both had recently accepted scholarships to play football at USC and their Westlake Warrior team, which would finish the season 14-0, was preparing to face Hart on Fox Sports West in one of the most exciting games of the year. This year, the two spend their time on the service team, a group of reserve players who get the first team ready to play in the upcoming game.

2004 USC preview: Offense

We're going to be good on offense, there's no real question about that, the only question is how good will we be? Look for Chow to be patient as the line develops, lots of quick throws from Leinart, and once the offense hits their stride during the season it should be an exciting show for Trojan fans to watch.

Michael Stuart Makes His College Choice

It didn't take long for Westlake Village (Calif.) Wetlake defensive end Michael Stuart to make his college choice once he got his dream offer. The 6-5, 215 pound rush end was offered by USC earlier today after head coach Pete Carroll saw Stuart play over the weekend and the athlete immediately jumped on it.
