The Arizona Fall League has ended and Friday Alan Webb was already home in Las Vegas. Some much needed R&R for the six Padres who ended their stint playing ball for the San Diego Padres organization in Peoria.

Trouble Sent Packing

As mentioned here first, the San Diego Padres were not enamored with Cliff Bartosh and his lack of success in 2003. It was followed by a horrible stint in the Arizona Fall League and the Friars had enough. Bartosh was subsequently placed on waivers by the team this week.
