Chris Oxspring, Roger Deago lead teams to wins

Chris Oxspring truly returned to the form that has seen him jolt up prospect lists. It may be no coincidence that Humberto Quintero returned to Portland. Roger Deago made an impressive return to the starting rotation after working in relief all year. Jon Huber had his worst start of the year as Paul McAnulty belted two out of the park. The Ems blew another ninth inning lead. This time it was Matthew Varner who slipped.
