This past month, Highland Springs (Va.) cornerback Victor Harris pledged his commitment to Virginia Tech, relieving some concerns about the future of Tech's secondary. This week, Harris is in San Antonio, Texas for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and is competing with the top senior prospects in the nation.
Victor Harris, a five-star cornerback from Highland Springs (Va.) committed to Virginia Tech, has seen a series of unfortunate events in his life over the last month. For him, the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is a great chance to get away from all of that.
