Vandals Improve to 3-0 in Big West

Idaho is rolling in Big West action, having won 4 of their last 5 games. This week Idaho pounded Cal Poly 84-67 on Thursday, then seniors Tanoris Shepard (11) and Anton Lyons (25) helped clamp UC Santa Barbara tonight for a 61-50 victory. Here's a review of both games with post-game interviews.

Vandals Stun Utah State Aggies!

Talk about redemption! A frustrating early season schedule resulted in the Vandal Men posting an uncharacteristic 1-8 record. But in front of a boisterous home crowd Thursday night at cozy Memorial Gym, the Vandal men triumphed over powerhouse Utah State by erasing a 12-2 deficit early in the game to post a 69-62 victory.

The Vandal Men's Basketball team earned their FIRST victory of this young season Saturday, pounding the University of Great Falls 79-47 at the Cowan Spectrum. Granted, the Argonauts are an NAIA team, but this convincing victory (led by senior forward <b>Dandrick Jones</b> who is averaging 15.8 PPG, 6.4 rebounds per game, and is shooting 70% from the free throw line) couldn't have come at a more critical time.<br>
