Padres trade Pelzer for Tejada

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The San Diego Padres announced today that they have acquired infielder Miguel Tejada along with cash considerations from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for right-handed pitcher Wynn Pelzer. In addition, the club has transferred outfielder Kyle Blanks to the 60-day disabled list.
