Notebook: Seattle's M*A*S*H Unit Gets Busier

The injury news keeps getting worse for the Seahawks. Matt Hasselbeck and Shaun Alexander are back, but leading receiver Darrell Jackson will miss the Thursday night game against San Francisco with a turf-toe injury. Starting left guard Floyd Womack will also miss the game after aggravating a groin injury.

Last time Mike Holmgren got his team ready to face the San Francisco 49ers, the Seahawks had just enjoyed a division win over the St. Louis Rams, a 24-22 squeaker at Qwest Field. That victory put Seattle at 6-3, and it looked like all would be well in the Emerald City as the team prepared to welcome Shaun Alexander back after the 2005 MVP had been sidelined for six games with a foot injury.
