It has been a busy few weeks for all of the Wildcats, but especially for Bret Brielmaier. Not only has he had to field a ton of questions about Lute Olson, but the senior forward found himself taking the last second shot against Kansas. Brielmaier spoke with the local media on Tuesday.

Arizona lost a tough game in Lawrence, but all is not lost. This is a game Arizona could've won. In fact, they should've won. Some questionable whistles late in regulation, combined with strong offensive execution by the Jayhawks in overtime left the Wildcats shaking their heads at a lost opportunity to knock off the No. 4 team in the country on the road.

It was only a scrimmage. It is tough to take a whole lot from the Red/Blue game, but we do get a first glimpse from this team. There were some good things, some bad things and some things we may not know what to make of for a few weeks.

Last year Bret Brielmaier was a pleasant surprise for the Wildcats. He provided a nice option off the bench for a team that was thin in the middle thanks to injuries. What does 2007-08 have in store? Here are some options.
It was not a fun one to watch for the Wildcats. North Carolina blew out the Wildcats at McKale. It was a one-sided contest by a young team that looks like it can make noise in March. Here are my thoughts and observations.
