Padres announce roster moves

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The San Diego Padres announced today that they have reinstated infielder David Eckstein from the 15-day disabled list and optioned right-handed pitcher Ryan Webb to Triple-A Portland. In addition, the club has recalled outfielder Luis Durango and optioned infielder Everth Cabrera to the same Portland club.
