New Orleans Saints linebacker Stephone Anthony suffered an undisclosed leg injury late in the 2nd quarter of the New England Patriots preseason game last Thursday night. Although Anthony was carted off the field, the Saints still feel confident he will be available for the start of the season against the Oakland Raiders. After a sterling 7-year career with the St. Louis Rams, linebacker James Laurinaitis can't say enough good things about Sean Payton and the New Orleans Saints. As an NFL free agent, sometimes you have to see the forest through the trees when picking your next destination. And that is exactly what Laurinaitis did when selecting the Saints, who have suffered losing seasons in back-to-back years. Laurinaitis, however, is still effusive in his praise for the Saints head coach and his future plan.
